Here’s a quick summary from the Microsoft Press Conference!

+ Hardware News:
- Project Scorpio changes name to Xbox One X. Releases November 7 and will be priced at $500 in the US. This is also the smallest console yet.
- Some big games will get free Xbox One X 4K upgrades.
- Thanks to the Xbox One backwards compatibility, you will now be able to play original Xbox games.
Anthem: A new game / brand new series by Bioware. A sci-fi game with humans in suits that gives them superhuman strength. Explore a landscape of primeval beauty, confront the dangers you find, and grow in power with every step.
Assassin’s Creed: Origins: New AC confirmed. The story is about the last Madjay called Bayek and it takes place in Egypt. You can control a bird that can find areas of interest for you. The combat looks a little like Dark Souls.
Black Desert Online: The popular PC MMORPG will have a console version. The sandbox fantasy game will have new enhancements such as 4K.
Crackdown 3: An open world game that’s very over-the-top. Trailer featured Terry Crews but we don’t know if he’s in the actual game yet. Resembles the earlier titles.
Dragon Ball FighterZ: A crazy looking 2D fighting game that features 3v3 brawls. Fighter includes classic characters like Vegeta, Cell and Goku.
Forza Motorsport 7: Runs at 60 FPS and 4K resolution on the Xbox One X. There are more than 700 cars in the game and features the 2018 Porsche GT 911 2RS.

Life is Strange: Before the Storm: Seems like a prequel or an extension to the original game. Has three episodes, starring Chloe and Rachel Amber.
Metro: Exodus: You play as a character called Artyom as it picks up from Metro: Last Light’s ending. The game takes place in Moscow and is canon. Later on you’ll embark on a journey across a Russia that has become post-apocalyptic. Familiar faces will make an appearance as well.
PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS: Comes to consoles this year. The game is a popular shooter and will be a “console launch exclusive” on Xbox One. Those playing on Xbox One X can enjoy the game in 4K and with HDR support.
Sea of Thieves: This “be a pirate with your friends” game has been delayed to 2018. A longer gameplay video showed how you could fight skeletons, ride the sea on your ship and explore / loot caves.
State of Decay 2: The sequel to the first State of Decay has a lot of action and zombies in a large world. It has co-op, new types of monsters, weapons, as well as vehicles.
